Intro To Music class cuts commercials

The newest class at Howells High School is the Intro To Music class. This class is an introduction to the different areas of music and music production. During the school year the students will work with guitars, percussion, and learn recording techniques while working with a program called Garage Band.
The students just finished a project where their assignment was to write and record a 30-60 second soundwipe with voice overlay (advertising jingle/commercial). The students requirements were that, a.) they were familiar with the product or a similar product, b.) they had to have music in the background, and c.) they had to do a voice over.
