FCCLA Members Win Awards At District STAR Events
Thirty Qualify for State STAR Events

Members of the Howells-Clarkson FCCLA Chapter Participated in the District 5 STAR Events on Friday, Jan. 15 at Dwight Elementary School.  Selected as District Champions were thirty members from the Howells-Clarkson Chapter, seven members from the Leigh Chapter, six members from the Prague Chapter, three members from the East Butler Chapter, two members from the David City Chapter and one member from the Schuyler Central Chapter.

The following Howells-Clarkson members will represent District 5 at the State STAR Events in Lincoln on April 12:  Parliamentary Procedure Team - Derek Coufal, Clint Belina, Brian Prusa, Keithen Zrust, Aaron Brodecky, Sam Schlautman, Tyler Brester, and Alex Pospisil; Life Event Planning Sr. - Courtney Michael, Megan Svitak, Marissa Litty; Entrepreneurship Sr. - Eric Meyer, Daine Taylor; Entrepreneurship Jr. - Paige Indra, Haley Kampschnieder, Makenzie Polacek; National Programs in Action Jr.- Kaitlyn Reick; Career Investigation Sr. - Sarah Fackler; Promote and Publicize FCCLA - Trent Mastny, Jordan Brichacek, Jarrod Bazata; Chapter Showcase - Chelsea Krepel, Brenna Wragge, Megan Chebuhar; Chapter Service - Cori Renner, Emily Chebuhar, Janessa Evert; and Focus On Children Sr. - Carly Hegemann, Heather Kampschnieder and Kourtney Janata.
